The activities

The main activity is rowing, both on the river and at sea. Mainly on sliding seat, but fixed seat and canoeing, too.

Rowing and gym sessions

Rowing sessions are held daily weather permitins. Starting from 3 hours before high tide and finishingl 3 hours after in 1.5 hour intervals. The gym can be used both in the morning and in the afternoon. Within the scheduled timetable assistance is optional.

Rowing Sessions

According to those who sign up each hour, the person in charge decides which boat each one will go on.

Other type of activities

Other activities include canoeing and paddle surfing in addition to seminars and workshops related to well-being. Sea and river crossings are also held in nearby towns and abroad.

Canoeing and paddle surf trips

The canoe and paddle surf are ideal for exploring the holes of nearby streams and trehre are trips to discover the local nature and historical heritage.

Seminars and workshops

Conferences and workshops related to well-being are organice according to the demands and needs of the members.

Sea and river crossings

There are sea crossings to nearby towns, both in the Basque Country and abroad.

Courses and open doors

Courses are organised to obtain the basic knowledge of rowing (6 sessions in a period of 10 days). Also Open Days for those who want to receive information or want to try rowing.

Open Doors

Possibility of receiving information from the association and visiting the facilities and testing rowing.
